We were thrilled to oversee the construction of a Commercial Center in California, a dynamic commercial building designed to accommodate a range of shops, including a convenient Starbucks drive-thru. The center features a modern design with expansive windows that bring in ample natural light, creating a bright and welcoming environment for both shoppers and tenants.
The layout was meticulously planned to ensure smooth access between various retail spaces and the drive-thru, optimizing visibility and customer flow. Sustainability was a major focus, and we integrated energy-efficient features such as high-performance insulation and advanced ventilation systems to minimize environmental impact and enhance energy savings.
